Been stressed with changes at work lately, binging out of control, no good for a WW lady, reached Lifetime goal July, close but above August, slipping up September, blow out in October. How do you handle emotional eating? My WW Leader Steph has great advice, this morning we talked about journaling and blogging so here I am. At least with my fingers typing I can't eat at the same time, lol.
Binging is such a temporary fix, I feel sick now and I should know better, just went to WW Saturday morning. Lord help! Listening to Kris V podcast right now from Bethel, encouraging. Gotta get my mind on Christ and not stress.
